What should you to bring to the first office visit?
Please bring your mammogram or sonogram films. Dr. Anglin does not need MRI films unless they are on a disc. Please bring your insurance card and your driver’s license. For cancer patients, it is helpful to bring a family member, trusted friend, or tape recorder to assist you in remembering all the information that will be discussed
